a.) "FNL" für die Bauwirtschaft (Partsch Gerhard im Forum "01. General"): Er nimmt sich die BMBF-Förderinitiative zum Anlass und denkt darüber nach, wie zusammen mit Hochschulen und dem FNL so etwas wie ein "FNL" für die deutschsprachige Baubranche realisiert werden könnte.
b.) Ratschläge eines eStudenten für eLehrkräfte (Röllinghoff Andreas im Forum "02. Pedagogue's Place"): Er weist auf den Bericht von Daniel Lawniczak hin, der über zwei Jahre erlebte, wie ein Learning Management System an 3 Fächern der UniZH eingesetzt wurde.
c.) IASTED Int. Conference on Web-Based Education (WBE 2005): will be held from February 21-23, 2005 in Grindelwald and provides faculty, researchers, and administrators in all web-based educational areas with an excellent opportunity to convene with colleagues.

A.) Improved Support for your Vista Courses: As of beginning of July edutech has a new staff member: Andreas Röllinghoff with many years of experience in e-learning. He will be in charge of making you happy with Vista in either German, French or English.
His tasks:
- course development support
- training
- didactical support
- managing of the Vista environment

B.) Workshops for Vista Course Designers this Autumn: In autumn 2004 Edutech projects several introductory workshops for Vista course designers. Interested members of the Suisse academic community may now propose dates for a workshop at the University of Fribourg or at their site. Contact Andreas Roellinghoff for more information.
C.) Upgrade to Vista 3.0 Successful: Beginning of July 04 and in collaboration with the Switch Vista Team, Edutech has upgraded the national course platform to WebCT Vista 3.0 with bug fixes and enhancements. Now:
- discussions can be graded
- students may form their own work groups
- compiling of content pages (as known from WebCT CE) is possible.
